How can I make sure I get the same seat in 2016 as I had in 2015?
If you wish to retain the same seats for 2016, you must renew your True Blues Membership by Friday 5 February 2016. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. After this date, all seats that have not been renewed will be made available to members wishing to change seats/add seats or to new members wishing to secure a reserved seat.

Can I choose my seats?
New True Blues Member seats are allocated on a 'best available' basis. If members (renewing & new) wish to sit with a friend or group this will be dependent on the seating allocation schedule and seating availability in the area (it would be advantageous for these requests to be submitted together). Please contact our Membership Call Centre on 09 912 1800.

When will my seats be allocated?
Seat allocation will be made in the following priority order:
1. Members who are renewing the same seat(s) as 2015
2. Renewing members who have requested to relocate/add/upgrade their 2015 membership
3. New 2016 members processing begins Wednesday 28 October and are allocated seats on a best available basis at time of booking.

How do I Upgrade or Add Seats?
To upgrade, move or add sets, please contact us on 09 912 1200. The online process is for renewals of the same seat held in 2015.

Where will I be sitting at QBE stadium?
You will be sitting in the equivalent seating category at QBE stadium.

What is the Family Area?
Memberships in the Family Area can be purchased on the basis of one child per 3 adults. Seating for the Family Area at Eden Park is in the eastern end of the North Stand, sections 412-415. The concourse area situated behind this Family Area is busy on match day with family friendly activities and interactive elements for children. The Family Area at QBE Stadium will be situated in Block 31 of the Open Stand.

What age is a Secondary School/Concession/Child?
A Secondary School Student must currently attend secondary school. Please bring your membership card and valid secondary school identification when coming to a game.

Concession is 65 years plus with a valid Super Gold Card and tertiary students with a valid tertiary ID card. Please bring your membership card and valid identification card when coming to a game.

A child is from 2 years old, up to (and including) 13 years old. Children 2 and under are free when sitting on an adults knee – please note that no seat is allocated for free children.

How can I pay for my Membership?
The following forms of payment are accepted for online purchasing:
• Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
• Debit cards: Accepted where they are backed by VISA or MasterCard
• We also accept payment at the Membership Office at Eden Park behind the North Stand on Walters Road (Visa, Mastercard, debit card, bank and company cheques, EFTPOS and cash)

Is there a payment plan?
Yes, there are part payment plans available to 8-Game Reserved and 8-Game General Admission members.

There is a two, four and six part payment plan by credit card only.

TWO PART: 50% deducted at the time of renewal/sign up, 50% deducted on 27 April 2016.

FOUR PART; 25% deducted at the time of renewal/sign up. Remaining installments (25% each) will be deducted on the 27th of each month starting in January, with the final installment to be deducted 27 March 2016.

SIX PART: 25% deducted at the time of renewal/sign up. Remaining installments (15% each) will be deducted on the 27th of each month starting in January, with the final installment to be deducted 27 May 2016.

Should you wish to take advantage of these options you can select them when renewing or purchasing your membership online.

The last date to sign up to the two part payment plan is 30 January 2016. The last date to sign up to the four and six part payment plan is 31 December 2015.

A transaction fee of $10 for failed payments applies. This would only be applied if the member's payment is declined and is not paid within 10 workings days from the payment due date.

Are there any new membership options for 2016?
Yes there are.

We have introduced a flexi plan option for Gold, Silver, Family and General Admission categories. These are a minimum of 4 games up to a maximum of 6 game packages.

These packages have replaced the Local Derby, SANZAR and North Harbour 4 game reserved seat options from 2015.


Why is there an Eden Park Levy on some membership packages?
Similar to many other stadiums Eden Park has introduced a small ticket levy to contribute to the ongoing and future maintenance of Eden Park. What benefits do I receive around the British and Irish Lions tour in 2017?
The Blues will be allocated a limited number of tickets to sell to True Blues members for the British and Irish Lions v The Blues fixture in 2017.

Those 2016 members who renew their memberships in 2017 will be given a first opportunity (prior to public sale) to purchase tickets and secure a seat to this historic event on a first in first served basis.

Is the use of public transport included in my True Blues membership?
Yes, by showing your membership card or match ticket you can access public transport (trains and special event buses) to and from Blues home games.

Will I get a good deal on merchandise as a True Blues member?
Yes the Blues will be operating an online store and there will be great specials offered to members on selected items throughout the season.

When will I receive my membership card?
Membership cards will be mailed out weekly from 18 January 2016.

I have purchased a membership but would like to gift it as a Christmas present
Please contact our Membership Call Centre on 09 912 1800 to request a voucher to be sent via email. The membership cards will be couriered out after 18 January 2016.

Can someone else use my Membership?
Yes. If a Reserved member (8-Game or Flexi Reserved) is unable to attend a match, the membership for that game can be transferred to a friend/relative.

Simply login to My True Blues Account Manager, select the game you wish to transfer and enter the contact information for the recipient. They will receive email instructions on how to claim their ticket(s) and print online. The barcode on your membership card will then be deactivated for that game only. Transfers can be done until midday the day before the game.

General Admission members can contact Pauline Williams on 09 815 4823 to have a printed ticket for your friend to collect on game day.

Please be aware that entry to the stadium will be subject to the category of the membership (an adult will not be admitted with a child membership pass). As per the Terms & Conditions of Membership the member is ultimately responsible for their membership at all times and must ensure that anyone using it is aware of their responsibilities/limitations of use.

What is meant by "Seating upgrade options for uncovered seating at selected games"?
Seat upgrades for Silver, Family and GA members into Gold covered seating may be offered at selected matches.

This is at the discretion of the Blues and members will be informed at the beginning of the particular match week if an upgrade offer will be in play.

There will be an additional fee applied to any upgrade offer.

How do I replace my membership card/ticket if it is lost or stolen?
Contact the Membership Call Centre to arrange a replacement at least a week prior to kick off of the next home game on 09 912 1800. The original card/ticket will be cancelled and a new one will be issued. If there are sufficient games remaining in the season a replacement card will be supplied, alternatively a paper ticket will be issued. A fee of $25.00 applies for the replacement of each lost/stolen card/ticket.

How do I purchase extra home game tickets?
Please call into the Membership Office at Eden Park behind North Stand on Walters Road or call 815 4823. Tickets must be purchased before Thursday of game week.

At some selected games members will receive offers to purchase additional tickets for friends and family at discounted rates. These offers will differ depending on the game.

Where is the members lounge at Eden Park?
Access into the Members Lounge at Eden Park is for True Blues 8-Game Members only. The lounge is situated behind the West Stand. This lounge has limited capacity (500) ; entry is on a first in first serve basis.

Contact the Membership Call Centre on 09 912 1800. For membership queries on game days, members will need to go to the Membership Office at Eden Park behind the North Stand on Walters Road.
